Geoff Dart

DIRECTOR

A co-founder of Nimbus Business Solutions with Steve, Geoff holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (behavioural science), Graduate Diploma in Education and Master of Environmental Studies. Geoff commenced his career in Education and Police and moved into private enterprise in the early 1980’s. This commenced as a Director of marketing research firm AC Nielsen followed by Strategic Planning Director with leading global branding company, McCann Erickson. Geoff started his own consulting firm in the late 1980’s and has led major strategic and change management programs for some of Australia’s and New Zealand’s leading public and private companies. Due to their collective experience in major change projects and success factors, Geoff and Steve saw the need to connect the strategic direction of a company with technology as a resource to accelerate growth.

Steve Matulich

DIRECTOR

Steve commenced his career with the Department of Defence developing and building flight simulators for the F18 and developing communication platforms. Steve moved into private enterprise in the late 1980’s as a systems consultant and architect, spending time in Silicon Valley and Canada working with industry leaders developing information systems and was an early architect and engineer in cloud based software. Steve spent a significant amount of time in Education, developing and implementing the largest on line learning platform in the Southern Hemisphere, cloud based and hosting some 2 million users. The work in Edu One led to implementing the Connected Classrooms Program, another large ($157 mill) project for the NSW Dept. of Education. Steve remains a consultant to the NSW Government on key strategic issues. During his career, Steve has led major IT Transformation projects working with Mc Kinsey, Accenture, IBM and Oracle. A co-founder of Nimbus Business Solutions with Geoff, Steve holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) Honours and Master of Engineering Science (Optical Communications).

Yang Cao

CONSULTANT

Yang holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Science (International marketing) Degrees. Over the past ten years, Yang has held operational, marketing and finance roles with manufacturers, distributors and retailers in Australia and China. Since joining Nimbus, Yang has developed modules for our leading product, Manage Your Workshop (MYW), around service bundles and instant access to critical public data bases such as VicRoads. This is the direct result of listening to the Workshop owners and has dramatically increased their productivity and customer service. As front line support for customers and suppliers, Yang also manages the integrated online learning, training and self-help programs for our core products.
