Our support team is based in Australia and New Zealand with experience in technology solutions and the services and products that we provide. In the instance where a problem is of a technical or complex nature, our customer service staff will log a call for the attention of a Nimbus technician and may involve a site visit. Where the problem is a user issue, the fees are discussed and agreed to prior to work commencing.
Nimbus has developed a full range of self-help videos that are readily accessed via our interactive library, easy to follow and backed up with a help-desk if additional support is required. Standard support is provided with all Nimbus services and products, with plans available on a fee for service basis where additional support or training is required.

All your data is located on servers in our Australian Tier 1 data centres. These are extremely secure locations with highly available Internet and Power. For added security both the data and the application are replicated across multiple data centres and in the unlikely event that the prime server fails, the system will automatically switch to one of its backup servers. XLR8 Pro has been designed to also allow you to export your key data onto one of your local devices if required.
We recommend all sites have a backup Internet connection which would typically be a Mobile Phone with a 3G or 4G connectivity and associated data plan which can be tethered to your primary terminal. We can help you set this up. In the unlikely event that you loose both connections, XLR8 Pro has been designed with an Offline Mode which will still give you access to key data with no Internet connectivity required.
