A Help Desk supports on site queries and concerns encountered during the day to day running of a business. Our support team is based in Australia and New Zealand with experience in technology solutions and the services and products that we provide. In the instance where a problem is of a technical or complex nature, our customer service staff will log a call for the attention of a Nimbus technician and may involve a site visit. Where the problem is a user issue, the fees are discussed and agreed to prior to work commencing.

Standard support is provided with all Nimbus services and products, with plans available on a fee for service basis where additional support or training is required.
