Manage Your Trade (MYT) is from the same stable as Manage Your Workshop (MYW), and differs according to the needs of each trade based SME. The trade based SME’s ideally suited to MYT include locksmiths, painters, builders, plumbers, electricians and carpenters/cabinet makers. MYW was developed in response to a need by Bicycle and Automotive Workshops for a cost effective, easy to use management system to run their businesses and importantly could integrate easily with key distributors, wholesalers and retailers. Whilst many were using accounting packages and excel spreadsheets, there weren’t any solutions available or designed for a trade based small to medium sized enterprise (SME). Using world’s best cloud based technology, leading practice marketing and customer relationship management principles, Nimbus developed and implemented MYW in a number of sites in 2012 and have since expanded to businesses across Australia.
Repco Integration is great, saves a lot of time ordering, invoicing and processing customer invoices. The Vic Roads integration is used a lot, works really well and saves time. Booking cars in through to processing of payment is really simple and easy to use. The integrated SMS reminders for service completion and reminders will also be incredibly useful.
XLR8 Pro is an excellent system, better than anything around and All In One. I have tried a lot of other systems and they don’t do what I need. XLR8 Pro does what I need to run the business, and don’t need any other systems.
Recently tried another Workshop Management System as a past customer. It didn’t integrate fully and can’t do what XLR8 Pro does. Other systems charge a monthly fee plus extra for multi users, plus Xero, plus Smart Quotes and no value. If any of the links break, who do you call?
